These patterns are intelligent adaptations.

They helped you remain loved, avoid judgment, preserve safety and survive rejection.

But an identity built for survival and protection can only keep you safe. It cannot allow you to experience pure love, visibility, expansion or the life you truly desire.

Our work is to reveal the fears and stories behind it and integrate the protector into your whole being, not push it away.

We let it be seen and felt, and we recognize the hidden pleasure it takes.

Every part of you can play a role within your identity, and no shadow, meaning any unconscious, taboo, or repressed part of you, is running the entire show.

You cannot shame the parts you don’t want to feel into disappearing.
That only pushes them further into the shadow.

You transform the identity from which your life is currently being lived by accepting it fully and completely.

The three-month journey

Month one

Truth

See the identity currently shaping your life.
The first month is about radical truth: revealing the unconscious identity, protective patterns, fears and stories organizing your current reality.

We explore:
- current identity and self-concept
- survival strategies
- protection versus desire
- scarcity and control
- hidden benefits and unconscious desire
- shame around ambition, money, power, pleasure, attention and visibility
- the parts wanting expansion and the parts fearing it
- inherited beliefs, loyalties and roles
Month two

Transformation

Reclaim the energy trapped inside the pattern. Transform the shadow into power.
Feel, meet and integrate what has been hidden, suppressed or rejected so that the energy held inside these patterns becomes available again.

We work through:
- deep shadow integration
- Existential Kink
- shame release
- emotional embodiment
- parts integration
- subconscious re-patterning
- trust and surrender

- Kundalini and energetic activation

Month three

Radical Embodiment

Practise the identity of the Prosperous Artist. Another way of being becomes available.
This month is about embodying, practising and integrating this identity until it begins shaping the way you create, receive, relate, choose and live.

We practise:
- Future Self embodiment
- voice, presence and personal authority
- visibility without self-abandonment
- desire without apology
- receiving without contraction
- community, contribution and belonging
- living in relationship with resources
- creating and choosing from trust and possibility
- returning to the embodied identity when protection reappears

Closing

Map & Activate

Translate the transformation into a 40-day direction.

Participants will learn the Enneagram as the Master of All Systems: a map for structuring their lives, moving their creations through reality and understanding what is required at every stage of a process.

It gives them a system they can continue using after the transformation to turn their vision into reality.

In the closing stage, you will use the Enneagram of creation to define:

what successful art means to you
what you desire to create
where you currently are
what force or movement is required next

You will then design a personalised 40-day action ritual to begin expressing the identity you have embodied through your art, visibility, decisions and life.

When the identity transforms, new choices become available.

You become the person who can relate differently to visibility, desire, resource, support and possibility.

Because your art does not exist separately from the identity creating it.

If that identity is organised around scarcity, shame, control, hiding or radical independence, those patterns will enter everything you create.

Your guides

We are Ophélie and Eva : artists, creators and facilitators working across shadow integration, Existential Kink, embodiment, acting, meditation, Kundalini, energetic practice, ritual, business and community.

Ophélie

Trained in coaching at HEC Paris, Ophélie Duvillard is an entrepreneur, actress, writer-director and facilitator of transformational experiences.

Since 2021, she has created initiatory spaces across Europe, leading more than 21 retreats and guiding over 220 people through profound processes of shadow integration, embodiment and personal transformation. She is the founder of the Whole & Holy Method.

Alongside this work, Ophélie has built a multifaceted artistic career. She has acted for film, written and developed her first short film, assembled a professional creative team and is now raising the funds to bring the project to life.

Her work reconnects the visible and invisible worlds: grounded action, practical systems held alongside intuition, synchronicity, faith and a living relationship with the Divine.

Ophélie reveals the truth, shadow, hidden desire, shame and protective identity underneath the visible pattern. She brings radical truth, subconscious pattern work and the capacity to identify what is actually organising the problem.

Eva

I came from another world: international business, luxury, high-growth startups, sales. And underneath it was an artistic life demanding to be lived.

I trained across disciplines, languages and countries. Acting. Film. Kundalini. Creative work.

And I discovered another version of the same threshold: you can keep becoming more qualified forever. At some point, you have to let yourself be seen.

Today I bring a former top saleswoman, a Kundalini yoga teacher, and an actress and movie director into the same room: creative life-force, acting methods to embody your next self, and the sales and financial intelligence to expose your work to the world.

Eva develops embodiment, energetic capacity, life force, trust, receiving, presence and the practice of inhabiting another self through the body.

This is an identity-transformation program, not a project-completion program. The work concerns your relationship with trust, desire, visibility, support, money, receiving, shame and protection. You will leave with embodied practices, greater awareness of your unconscious patterns, an Enneagram map of successful art and a personalised 40-day action ritual.

We do not promise a finished artistic work or a particular external result during the twelve weeks.

I have already done a lot of inner work. Is this still for me?

This program is designed for people who may already understand their patterns. The difference is live, repeated embodiment and relational witnessing rather than further intellectual explanation.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a transformational group program using coaching, shadow work, Existential Kink, embodiment, acting, meditation, ritual, Kundalini and energetic practices. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or a substitute for mental-health care.

Will I become wealthy?

No ethical program can guarantee wealth or specific external outcomes. Prosperity here means expanding your capacity to recognise, create, request, receive and circulate resources, including money, time, community, places, support, opportunity and choice, while transforming patterns organised around scarcity and protection.

Will this help my art?

Yes, by transforming the person who relates to the art. But the program does not promise to complete or launch a project during the twelve weeks. The closing Enneagram map clarifies what successful art means to you and leads into a personalised 40-day action ritual.

What if I cannot afford it?

Do not place yourself in genuine financial danger to join. At the same time, examine honestly whether the obstacle is absolute impossibility or discomfort around asking, receiving support, moving money toward yourself or allowing desire to matter. The payment plan is three payments of €333.
